"As Tasmania's leading real estate business, Roberts is well-placed to appreciate and complement the work Neighbourhood Watch undertakes on a regular basis, and looks forward to helping promote community safety across the state," Roberts State Manager (Urban), Adrian Kelly said.

"Having just opened their 30th office and with a staff of over 240 operating across Tasmania, Roberts have close connections with their local communities as well as a good working knowledge of conditions in both town and country".

They have also expressed an interest in being involved in two appropriate community safety/crime prevention events each year.

"Over the next two years, Roberts Real Estate will assist NHWT in its important role of ensuring that neighbourhoods work together and with the Police to improve personal safety and household security. We all want our communities to be safe and secure places in which to live", Mr Kelly said.

The Commissioner of Police and Secretary of the Department of Police and Emergency Management, Mr Richard McCreadie, has commended Roberts Real Estate.
